Image

Image
  “If you want to fly like an Eagle, then avoid butterflies.”

Success Is Earned, Never Given

Image
Success Is Earned, Never Given Success is not a gift that someone simply hands to us. It is earned through consistent effort, discipline, patience, and the courage to keep moving forward—even when progress feels slow. Just as muscles grow by lifting weights repeatedly, our abilities become stronger every time we face challenges. Failures, setbacks, and criticism are not obstacles to success; they are part of the training required to achieve it. There are no permanent shortcuts. Small actions taken daily—learning, practising, improving, and refusing to give up—eventually create extraordinary results. So, stop waiting for the perfect opportunity. Start working with what you have today. Remember: success belongs to those who earn it through their actions. ___________________________________________________________________________________ ✍🏻 Rajendra Dangwal Sirji

TDS Reference Guide for Tax Year 2026–27:

Image
Section 194C → Section 393(1), Table Sl. No. 6(i) पुराना Section 194H → Section 393(1), Table Sl. No. 1(ii) पुराना Section 194J → Section 393(1), Table Sl. N...

Image

🌅 New Day, New Opportunities — Are You FutureReady Today?

Image
Every new morning brings a fresh opportunity to learn, improve and move closer to our goals. But opportunities alone do not create success—our actions do. The image of “Talkers vs Doers” delivers a powerful message. The glove of a talker looks new because it has never entered the ring, while the glove of a doer looks worn because it has faced challenges, taken risks and continued fighting. Talk Less, Take Action Many people talk about their dreams, plans and future achievements. They wait for the perfect time, perfect resources or perfect conditions. But successful people understand that progress begins with imperfect action. Talkers discuss possibilities. Doers create results. Being FutureReady does not mean knowing everything about tomorrow. It means preparing yourself today through learning, discipline, adaptability and consistent action. How Can You Become FutureReady? Start your day with these five simple actions: Learn one useful skill or idea. Complete one important pendi...

Image
  “Sometimes trying to prove that you are the best is an insult.”

Image

ITC Reversal Under GST: When, Why and How Credit Must Be Reversed

Image
Input Tax Credit (ITC) is one of the most important benefits available under GST. It allows registered taxpayers to reduce their output GST liability by claiming the tax paid on eligible business purchases. However, ITC is not an unconditional benefit. If prescribed conditions are not fulfilled, or goods and services are used for exempt or non-business purposes, the taxpayer may have to reverse the credit. Some reversals are temporary and can be reclaimed later, while others result in permanent disallowance. Let us understand the major ITC reversal provisions in simple terms. 1. Rule 37: Payment Not Made to the Supplier Within 180 Days If a taxpayer claims ITC on an invoice but does not pay the supplier the value of supply along with GST within 180 days from the invoice date, the proportionate ITC relating to the unpaid amount must be reversed. The reversal is made through GSTR-3B along with applicable interest. Once payment is made to the supplier, the taxpayer can reclaim the r...

Image

Image

Image
  Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) ने Foreign Assets of Small Taxpayers–Disclosure Scheme (FAST-DS) Rules, 2026 अधिसूचित कर दिए हैं।

Image
  “Use their criticism to build your empire.”
